Refund and Returns Policy

At Shree Vinayak Cargo Transport Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide the best possible services and ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund or return. 1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not been initiated or completed as per the agreed terms.
  • If there is a discrepancy in the services provided, such as incorrect delivery or failure to fulfill the booking as per the contract.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service completion date.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the service was completed as per the agreed terms and the customer was satisfied with the delivery.
  • If cancellation was made after the service had already commenced.
  • If delays or issues were caused due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Return of Goods

In case of the return of transported goods:

  • Returns are only allowed if the goods were damaged during transportation, and proper documentation (such as photos) is provided within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions of the goods for transportation. If incorrect or incomplete information was provided, no returns or refunds will be granted.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service is scheduled will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee, and the refund amount will be at our discretion.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original method of payment.

6. Modifications to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy regularly.
