6. Packaging and Labeling

Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods are properly packaged and labeled. All goods must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Fragile or sensitive items should be packed with extra care, and clear labeling is required. We are not responsible for damage caused due to inadequate packaging.

7. Delivery

Deliveries will be made to the address specified at the time of booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the goods at the delivery location.
If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
We provide doorstep delivery; however, for oversized or heavy shipments, assistance may be required at the delivery point to unload the goods.

8. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver goods within the estimated time frame, some factors may be beyond our control (such as weather, traffic, or natural disasters). In such cases, we will inform you of any delays and work to get your shipment to you as soon as possible.

We do not provide automatic insurance for goods in transit. If you require insurance for high-value items, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for it.
