• You agree not to use our services for transporting illegal, hazardous, or restricted items. If found, we reserve the right to cancel the service without any refund, and you may be reported to the authorities.

6. Liability

• Shree Vinayak Cargo Transport Services will take reasonable care in handling and transporting your goods. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused due to improper packaging, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
• In case of damages due to our negligence, our liability will be limited to the value of the goods or the service charge, whichever is lower.
• We do not provide insurance coverage for the goods being transported. If insurance is required, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for it separately.
